A safe deal from the first message to the payment

Selection by tasks, money in reserve and acceptance by rules that are the same for every deal.

A Customer and a Specialist talking about a task

A deal

Four stages of a deal. Money moves only for what you accepted.

A task with its deal strip
  1. 1

    Reserve

The amount for the task waits on your HireHub account until acceptance.

  2. 2

    Work

The Specialist logs hours with a note or hands in a fixed-price result.

  3. 3

    Acceptance

You accept all or part. A Manager settles the disputed part.

  4. 4

    Payment

The Specialist is paid only for what you accepted, the same day.

Selection

How selection works. The stages are open: what we check and when.

  1. 01

    Resume

The Specialist uploads a resume in the app or sends it to the Telegram bot. We read the experience and the specialty before offering a task.

  2. 02

    Profile and portfolio

A filled profile and portfolio make up the starting score. It only sets the order until the first reviews.

  3. 03

    Matching a task

The best by reviews is offered to the Customer first. After a decline we show the next.

    Reviews

The Customer leaves a review; the rating is hidden and decides whom we offer first next time.

Rating

A rating no one can talk up. Customers build it after paid tasks.

  1. Paid tasks onlyA review of a task nobody paid for does not count towards the rating.
  2. Recent work counts moreNew reviews weigh more than old ones, so the order reflects how a Specialist works now.
  3. No single Customer decidesEach further review from the same Customer weighs less, so the rating comes from different Customers.
  4. Hidden from both sidesOnly the HireHub team sees the scores, so reviews are honest rather than polite.

Hours

Hours under control. Every entry is visible to both sides.

  1. A note on the hoursThe Specialist logs time on the task and writes what was done.
  2. AcceptanceYou have 24 hours to review hours. Accept all or part.
  3. A disputeA Manager settles the disputed part, and its money waits for the decision.
  4. Auto-acceptanceIf there was no review within 24 hours, the hours are accepted by themselves.

Documents

Work under an offer. Every document is published.

Account

Sign-in and access. You see where you signed in and control your keys.

  1. Sign in without extra passwordsYandex ID, VK ID and Telegram. Accounts are linked in the settings.
  2. Every session in sightThe devices you signed in from, and signing out on any of them.
  3. API keys with limitsEach key has its own name, expiry and set of rights. Revoking takes one step.

Questions

Frequent questions. If the answer is not here, ask HireAgent in the app.

What if the Specialist disappears?

You pay only for accepted hours, so work not done is not paid. On a fixed-price task the money comes back unconditionally if the work has not started within 24 hours or the deadline is missed.

Where is the money before acceptance?

On your HireHub account, in reserve for the task. It passes to the Specialist only after acceptance: yours, or the automatic one once the review time is over.

Can I see a Specialist rating?

The rating is hidden from both sides so that reviews stay honest. It decides the order in which we offer Specialists.

Who settles a dispute?

The workspace Manager. They look at the hours, the notes and the messages on the task, and the money for the disputed part stays in reserve until the decision.

Describe the task, the rest is protected

The reserve, the acceptance clocks and the Manager work from the first task on every plan.
