Are there hidden fees?
No. The hourly price already includes matching, the Manager, HireAgent and a safe deal. Nothing is added on top, and a top-up costs nothing extra.
Do I pay up front?
The account is topped up in advance, but the money stays yours: the amount for a task is reserved and charged only for what you accept.
Can I get my money back?
Hours not accepted are not paid. A fixed-price task can be cancelled unconditionally within 20 minutes of assignment, and if the work has not started within 24 hours or the deadline is missed, the money comes back.
What is the contract?
The work runs under the HireHub public offer that you accept at sign-up. Every document is published on the Documents page.
Can I try a paid plan?
14 days of Team for free, no card. The trial is given once.
What does a plan pay for?
One workspace. Each workspace has its own plan, and paying Specialists for their work does not depend on it.
