I, a user of the HireHub service, identified by my account on the Platform and, if I use the Telegram bot, by my Telegram user identifier, freely, of my own will and in my own interest give consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms. The consent is given under Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".
1. Operator

2. Purposes of processing
- registering and maintaining my account on the Platform;
- parsing my resume, filling in the Specialist profile and moderating it;
- showing my profile and portfolio to Customers on the Platform and matching tasks for me;
- concluding and performing contracts with the Operator;
- contacting me about work on the Platform.
3. Personal data
- surname, first name, patronymic, profile photo;
- the identifier and username in Telegram, Yandex ID or VK ID, the e-mail address if the sign-in service provided it;
- city, country, language, time zone;
- specialty, skills, profession, position, employers, work experience, education, courses and certificates, languages, links to work, desired income and hourly rate;
- portfolio: descriptions of work, images and files;
- the resume file and the text extracted from it;
- other information I myself put in the resume or profile.
The Operator does not ask for information about health, racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, intimate life or criminal record in the resume. The resume holds only what I chose to include. If it contains such information, the Operator does not use it to match tasks and does not show it to Customers.
4. Actions and methods of processing
Collection, recording, organising, accumulation, storage, updating (changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is done with automation, including artificial intelligence models, and without automation.
My profile and portfolio are shown to registered Customers of the Platform only after I give a separate consent to the processing of personal data permitted for distribution. My contact details are not shown to Customers.
5. Persons processing data on the Operator's instructions
- ООО «РЕГ.РУ»: the Operator's server, databases and file storage in the Russian Federation;
- JSC "TBank": payment acceptance, cash receipts and payouts;
- OpenRouter, Inc. (USA), Microsoft Corporation (USA), Microsoft Azure, and Google LLC (USA), Google Vertex AI, as named in the Privacy Policy: resume parsing and the automatic checking of messages and images for compliance with the Platform Rules, and the work of HireAgent if I have given the separate consent to cross-border transfer for HireAgent.
6. Term and withdrawal
6.1. The consent is valid until my account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. The resume file is kept for 180 days after upload and then deleted.
6.2. I may withdraw the consent by sending a request to atmpotn@yandex.ru or through support in the application. The Operator stops the processing and destroys the data within 30 days after receiving the request.
6.3. After withdrawal the Operator may stop showing my profile and matching tasks, delete my account, and continue processing data without consent where grounds exist under items 2-11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, in particular to complete settlements and keep accounting records.
7. How I give consent
I give consent at registration by pressing the document acceptance button in the application or the confirmation button in the HireHub Telegram bot. The Operator records the document version, the date and time, the account identifier, and the IP address or the Telegram user identifier.
