How selection works. The stages are open in advance, and how you work decides.
- A resume in the appUpload the file in your profile, and HireAgent moves your experience into it. The Telegram bot takes a resume too.
- Profile and portfolioThey make up your starting score before the first task. Done a task on HireHub? Ask its Customer to confirm it, and the work in your portfolio gets the “Done on HireHub” mark.
- The first taskAn invitation arrives in the app and in Telegram as soon as a suitable task appears.
- ReviewsThe Customer reviews every paid task. The better the work, the sooner you are offered to the next Customer, with no interviews at all.

Is there actually work?
Invitations arrive as soon as a task fits your specialty and experience. We do not promise a volume in advance.
Do you take a commission?
We withhold nothing from your rate. HireHub earns on its service for Customers (matching, Managers, HireAgent) and on paid plans.
I am not self-employed. Can I work?
Yes, you can register, fill in and publish your profile anyway. Paid tasks and payouts open once your status is confirmed: self-employed (NPD through the "Moy Nalog" (My Tax) app, which takes a few minutes) or sole proprietor.
Why upload a resume?
It makes up your starting score. After that your rating rests only on task reviews.
When does the money arrive?
Accepted hours are credited to your account every day. Payouts go to self-employed people and sole proprietors whose status is confirmed, from ₽1,000, with no withdrawal fee.
Is there a paid plan?
The Basic plan is free. Pro costs ₽990 a month and adds the extended HireAgent mode and profile view analytics.
