How to start

Three steps to a result. No job posts and no interviews.

  1. Describe the taskTo HireAgent, in your own words. It asks what is missing and writes the task.
  2. Get a SpecialistWe offer one, the best by reviews. Decline, and we show the next.
  3. Accept the workPay for accepted hours or for a result at a fixed price.

Safe deal

What protects the deal. Money moves only for what you accepted.

  1. Selection by tasksA starting score comes from the profile and portfolio, and after that only from Customer reviews of every task.
  2. Money in reserveThe amount for a task waits in the account. The Specialist is paid only for what you accept.
  3. Hours under controlEvery hour with a note. You review the hours before accepting them, all or in part.
  4. A Manager settles a disputeA Manager settles the disputed part of the hours or the result, and its money does not move until the decision.

Questions

Frequent questions. If the answer is not here, ask HireAgent in the app.

How fast will you find a UI/UX designer?

We offer the first Specialist once the task is shaped. Sourcing speed depends on the plan: Start: on your own with HireAgent; Team: in 3 business days; Business: in 1 business day; Corporation: in 24 hours, with replacement.

How much does it cost?

You see the hourly price on the Specialist profile before the work starts. You pay only for accepted hours or an accepted result, nothing is added on top, and the Start plan is free.

What if the Specialist is not a fit?

Decline the offer: HireAgent and a Manager offer the next best-reviewed Specialist. Replacement within 24 hours is part of the Corporation plan.

How does payment work?

The account is topped up through T‑Bank. The amount for a task waits in reserve, you have 24 hours to review hours, and the Specialist is paid only for what you accept.

Can we sign an NDA?

The rights to the result pass to you with the payment. If you need a non-disclosure agreement, agree on it with the Manager before the work starts.

What if I am not happy with the work?

Hours can be accepted in part: a Manager settles the disputed part, and its money does not move until the decision. On a fixed-price task, revisions within its scope are free.

Specialties

Other specialties. One workspace for the whole team: tasks of different Specialists sit side by side.
