The prices in the tables below apply from the date of this version. New prices are introduced only by a new version of this document. What each plan includes is listed on h1rehub.ru/pricing and in the "Plans" section of the application. The prices include all of HireHub's taxes. While HireHub is exempt from VAT under Article 145 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, VAT is not charged.

1. Plans for the Customer

A plan is connected to a workspace. Its price is paid from the Customer's balance on the Platform or by bank card.

The Team plan can be tried free for 14 days, once per user.

2. Plans for the Specialist

A plan is connected to the Specialist's Account. Its price is paid by bank card. Paying from the Specialist's balance on the Platform is available when HireHub has turned it on.

3. How a subscription works

3.1. A subscription is paid a month or a year in advance and renews automatically on the same day of the next period. The Platform reminds about the renewal 3 days before it.

3.2. If the balance is short for a renewal, the Platform retries the charge after 1, 3 and 7 days. The plan then stays in effect for 7 more days, after which the workspace or the Account moves to the free plan.

3.3. Moving to a more expensive plan takes effect at once: the unused part of the paid period is credited towards the new payment. Moving to a cheaper plan and cancelling take effect at the end of the paid period. Money for the current period is not refunded on cancellation. A Customer who is a consumer may cancel at once and is refunded the cost of the unused whole days of the paid period, to the card that paid for it, or to the balance on the Platform if it was paid from the balance.

3.4. Nothing is deleted when moving to a plan with lower limits: what already exists stays available, but nothing new can be created above the limit.

3.5. HireHub may give a user a plan for free, for example in a promotion or by agreement.

3.6. HireHub may change plan prices. New prices are introduced by a new version of this document with the date they apply from. A change does not affect a period already paid for. A subscription renews at a higher price only after the user accepts the new version, and until then it does not renew. A lower price applies at the next renewal without separate consent.

4. Other terms

4.1. The minimum top-up amount, the card payment limit and the minimum withdrawal amount are shown in the Platform interface.

4.2. Topping up the balance and withdrawing money are free: HireHub charges no fee on top-ups or payouts.

5. Invitation discounts and bonuses

5.1. A Customer who registered by invitation may get a discount on deals with Specialists. The size of the discount and its period are shown to the Customer before registration and in the Wallet. The discount reduces what the Customer pays and does not change what the Specialist receives. It does not apply to plans.

5.2. The discount applies to deals whose terms are agreed while it lasts. Once it ends, new deals and new hours are priced without it.

5.3. An invited Customer's bonus is credited to a separate bonus account after the first paid deal that meets the invitation's terms. The bonus is spent first when deals are paid and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged.

5.4. An invited Specialist's bonus is credited to the main account after the first paid task that meets the invitation's terms and is withdrawn on the usual terms.
