Sole proprietor Artem Vitalievich Potykun (OGRNIP 325508100092492, INN 504418067410), "HireHub", offers a Platform user who has been given access to the referral programme, the "Referrer", to enter into a contract for paid services of finding and recommending Customers and Specialists on the terms of this offer. The offer is a public offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1. Terms
1.1. Platform: the HireHub service, meaning the website h1rehub.ru, the application app.h1rehub.ru, the HireHub Telegram bot, the API and the MCP server.
1.2. Referral link: a link from the Referrer's Account through which a new user comes to the Platform. The Referrer may preselect the user's role in the link: Customer or Specialist.
1.3. Referred user: a user who registered on the Platform after following a Referral link and is bound to the Referrer.
1.4. Partner: a Referred user who has been given access to the referral programme themselves.
2. Access to the programme
2.1. Access to the referral programme opens on the user's application once HireHub approves it, or by HireHub's decision without an application. Access to the referral programme opens after the same resume check as admission to Tasks, under the Platform Rules.
2.2. The contract is concluded when the Referrer accepts this offer in the Account: when applying or when creating the first Referral link. By accepting the offer, a natural person confirms that they are 18 years old or have acquired full legal capacity.
2.3. HireHub may refuse or end access without giving reasons. Remuneration accrued before access ends is paid.
3. The Referrer's services
3.1. The Referrer provides HireHub with services of finding and recommending Customers and Specialists: tells people about the Platform and invites new users with their Referral link. The Referrer acts in their own name, is not an agent, attorney or commission agent of HireHub and does not enter into transactions on behalf or at the expense of HireHub.
3.2. A user is bound to the Referrer if they register within 60 days after following the Referral link and are not yet bound to another Referrer. The binding has no end date.
3.3. A Referrer may be a Referred user of another Referrer. The depth of the chain that earns remuneration is set by HireHub and shown in the Account.
4. Remuneration
4.1. The Referrer earns remuneration as a share of the amounts of deals and subscriptions of Referred users paid on the Platform.
4.2. The shares are set when access is approved, separately for Referred Customers and Specialists, and are shown to the Referrer in the Account. The shares are fixed for each Referred user when they register and do not change afterwards. HireHub may change the shares for users referred after the change, and notifies the Referrer of it.
4.3. Remuneration is accrued to the Referrer's balance on the Platform when a Referred user's deal is settled or when they pay for a subscription. Accrued remuneration becomes available for withdrawal after the Referred user's first completed deal and the end of the period in which the deal can be disputed. If the amount of a deal is refunded, the remuneration on it is cancelled.
4.4. Where there are signs of abuse, for example a device, address or payout details shared by the Referrer and a Referred user, HireHub may hold an accrual until a check is complete.
4.5. In the Account the Referrer sees statistics: Referred users, their deals and the accruals.
4.6. Where the terms shown in the Account provide for it, the Referrer earns a share of the remuneration accrued to their Partners for the Partners' own Referred users. HireHub pays this share out of its own income: it does not reduce the Partner's remuneration. Remuneration is accrued on deals and subscriptions only and never for a registration as such.
4.7. When approving access, HireHub may set the Referrer a fixed remuneration for each Referred user and a separate fixed reward for the Referred user. The amounts, the minimum amount of deals, the period after registration in which it must be reached and the limits on the number of rewards are shown to the Referrer in the Account. A fixed reward is accrued once for each referral, when the amounts the Referred user paid for deals (a Customer) or earned (a Specialist) in that period together reach the minimum amount, and becomes available once the period in which the deal that reached the minimum can be disputed has ended. If, before the reward is paid out, the amount of a deal is refunded and the Referred user's amounts for the period fall below the minimum, the reward is cancelled.
4.8. Deals between Referred users of one Referrer, or between the Referrer and their Referred user or Partner, earn no fixed reward, and the share on them is accrued after a check by HireHub.
4.9. Remuneration is paid only to a Referrer who is a payer of the tax on professional income or a sole proprietor and has filled in the payout profile. Payouts follow the procedure and periods of the Specialist Offer for Specialist payouts, including the self-employed person's duty to issue a receipt.
5. Discount for Referred Customers
5.1. When approving access, HireHub may set a discount for the Customers the Referrer brings and the period for which it applies after the Customer registers.
5.2. The Referrer may increase the discount for the Customers referred through a particular Referral link out of their own share: the Referrer's share of such Customers' deals falls by the same amount. The largest part of the share the Referrer may give is shown in the Account.
5.3. HireHub's discount and the Referrer's discount add up to one discount, which the Customer sees as one number. It is fixed to the Customer at registration and reduces what they pay for deals with Specialists. What the Specialist receives does not change. The discount does not apply to plans.
5.4. A change of the discount terms applies to Customers referred after the change.
6. Prohibitions
6.1. The Referrer may not:
- register Referred users in their own name or in the name of persons they control, or create fake accounts;
- send the Referral link without the recipients' consent;
- mislead anyone about the Platform, its terms, prices and earnings, or promise income from the programme;
- use HireHub's trademark and name in domains and account names so as to pass themselves off as HireHub;
- buy advertising on search queries containing the HireHub name without HireHub's approval.
6.2. If sharing the Referral link is advertising, the Referrer complies with advertising law on their own, including the requirements to label internet advertising and to report it. Before placing advertising the Referrer obtains an advertising identifier through an advertising data operator, reports the placement under Article 18.1 of the Federal Law "On Advertising" and, on HireHub's request, provides the identifier and a link to the placement.
6.3. For breaching these prohibitions HireHub may withhold remuneration for the Referred users concerned and end access to the programme.
7. Other terms
7.1. The Platform Rules form part of this contract. Actions in the Account are deemed signed with a simple electronic signature as set out in the Specialist Offer.
7.2. Claims, their reply periods and jurisdiction are the same as in the Specialist Offer.
7.3. HireHub may change the offer by publishing a new version with its effective date. Shares fixed for users already referred do not change with it.
7.4. The contract remains in force until access to the programme ends or either party withdraws.
