I, a user of the HireHub service, give sole proprietor Artem Vitalievich Potykun (INN 504418067410, OGRNIP 325508100092492), "HireHub", consent to receive notifications on the following terms. The consent is given, among other things, under part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006 "On Advertising".
1. What I will receive
1.1. Event notifications. Invitations to tasks, new messages and comments, time tracking and acceptance of hours, delivery and acceptance of results, disputes, top-ups, payouts, closing documents, sign-ins from a new device and other events of my Account.
1.2. HireHub news. Messages about new Platform features, plans and HireHub programmes, including messages of an advertising nature.
2. Channels
- the HireHub Telegram bot;
- notifications of the browser and of the installed HireHub application;
- notifications inside the application.
3. Managing notifications
3.1. In the notification settings I can turn off each kind of event and each channel separately. I can refuse HireHub news at any time in the notification settings by turning off "News", or by sending a request to atmpotn@yandex.ru.
3.2. Messages without which the contract cannot be performed or the Account protected (a sign-in from a new device, changes to money, new versions of documents) are sent by HireHub regardless of these settings, inside the application or to the Telegram bot.
3.3. HireHub does not pass my data to third parties to send their advertising.
4. Term and withdrawal
4.1. The consent is valid until my account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn.
4.2. I may withdraw the consent by turning notifications off in the settings, stopping the Telegram bot or sending a request to atmpotn@yandex.ru. HireHub stops sending advertising messages immediately after receiving the refusal, and other notifications within 3 business days.
5. How I give consent
I give consent by pressing the document acceptance button in the application or the confirmation button in the HireHub Telegram bot.
