Sole proprietor Artem Vitalievich Potykun (OGRNIP 325508100092492, INN 504418067410), "HireHub", offers a Platform user whose application to become a Manager has been approved, the "Manager", to enter into a contract for paid services of accompanying deals on the terms of this offer. The offer is a public offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1. Terms
1.1. Platform: the HireHub service, meaning the website h1rehub.ru, the application app.h1rehub.ru, the HireHub Telegram bot, the API and the MCP server.
1.2. Accompanied Customer: a Customer whose workspace is assigned to the Manager automatically or picked by the Manager from the list of free Customers.
1.3. Deal: an hourly or fixed-price task in an Accompanied Customer's workspace.
2. Conclusion of the contract
2.1. A user applies to become a Manager in the Account and accepts this offer. The contract takes effect when HireHub approves the application. By accepting the offer, a natural person confirms that they are 18 years old or have acquired full legal capacity.
2.2. HireHub may refuse an application without giving reasons.
3. The Manager's services
3.1. The Manager provides HireHub with services of accompanying Accompanied Customers and the Specialists working in their workspaces. The Manager is not an agent, attorney or commission agent of HireHub and does not enter into transactions on behalf or at the expense of HireHub. Within the services the Manager:
- helps the Customer describe tasks and choose Specialists;
- holds calls with the Customer and the Specialist, together or separately;
- follows the progress of tasks and helps resolve contentious issues;
- decides disputes about hours and results where HireHub has passed such a dispute to them;
- answers Customers' and Specialists' questions about how the Platform works.
3.2. The Manager organises their own work. The contract is not an employment contract. The Manager's load is the number of Accompanied Customers they can take; HireHub may pass a Customer to another Manager.
3.3. Calls are held with the means of communication HireHub offers. The Manager does not pass their contacts or the parties' contacts to anyone and does not help the parties arrange anything outside the Platform.
4. Confidentiality
4.1. The Manager keeps secret the terms of HireHub's contracts with Customers and Specialists, their prices, personal data and the information about tasks that becomes known to them. The Manager does not tell one side the terms of the other side.
4.2. The Manager processes users' personal data only to provide the services under this contract, on the basis of the operator's instruction to process personal data under part 3 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, and complies with that law and the Privacy Policy.
4.3. The duty of confidentiality survives the end of the contract.
5. Remuneration
5.1. The Manager earns remuneration as a share of the Deals they accompany. The share is set when the application is approved and is shown to the Manager in the Account. A share once set does not change without the Manager's consent.
5.2. Remuneration is accrued to the Manager's balance on the Platform when a Deal is settled. If the amount of a Deal is refunded to the Customer, the remuneration on it is cancelled.
5.3. Remuneration is paid only to a Manager who is a payer of the tax on professional income or a sole proprietor and has filled in the payout profile. Payouts follow the procedure and periods of the Specialist Offer for Specialist payouts, including the self-employed person's duty to issue a receipt.
6. Other terms
6.1. The Platform Rules form part of this contract. Actions in the Account are deemed signed with a simple electronic signature as set out in the Specialist Offer.
6.2. Claims, their reply periods and jurisdiction are the same as in the Specialist Offer.
6.3. HireHub may change the offer by publishing a new version with its effective date. A share already set for the Manager changes only with their consent.
6.4. The contract remains in force until either party withdraws. On withdrawal HireHub passes the Accompanied Customers to other Managers. Remuneration for Deals settled before the contract ends is paid.
