I, a Specialist registered on the HireHub Platform, whose surname, first name and contact details are given in my account, freely, of my own will and in my own interest give consent to the processing of my personal data that I permit for distribution, on the following terms. The consent is given under Article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and contains the information required by Order of Roskomnadzor No. 18 of 24.02.2021.
1. Operator

2. The Operator's information resources
Access to the data is provided through the catalogue of Specialists and the profile pages in the application https://app.h1rehub.ru, and also through the HireAgent assistant, the API and the MCP server of HireHub, which are used by Customers registered on the Platform.
3. Purpose of processing
Showing my Specialist profile to Customers in the catalogue and matching me to tasks.
4. Personal data I permit to be distributed
- surname and first name as given in the profile;
- profile photo;
- city and country;
- specialty, profession and skills;
- work experience: places of work, positions and periods;
- education, courses and certificates;
- languages;
- portfolio: descriptions of work, images and files;
- the hourly rate at the price for the Customer;
- the "Made in HireHub" mark and Customers' reviews of completed tasks.
Special categories of personal data and biometric personal data are not distributed. The profile photo is shown for recognition and is not used to establish identity. My contact details are not distributed.
5. Conditions and prohibitions
5.1. I state my prohibitions and conditions in the form when I submit my profile for publication. They are kept together with this consent, and the Operator publishes them on my profile page no later than three business days after.
5.2. If I have not changed the form, a prohibition applies on passing my data to an unlimited number of persons, other than giving access to it on the Platform, and a prohibition on its processing by an unlimited number of persons, other than obtaining access.
5.3. The Operator passes the data only through the information resources of section 2 and does not pass it to third parties over an internal network or in any other way.
6. Term and withdrawal
6.1. The consent is valid until my account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn.
6.2. I may withdraw the consent by sending a demand to atmpotn@yandex.ru or through support in the application. The Operator stops distributing my data and removes my profile from the catalogue within three business days after receiving the demand.
7. How I give consent
I give consent by pressing the button in the profile publication form in the application. The Operator records the document version, the date and time, the account identifier, the IP address and the conditions and prohibitions I stated.
