I, a user of the HireHub service, identified by my account on the Platform, freely, of my own will and in my own interest give consent to the cross-border transfer of my personal data for the work of the HireAgent assistant on the following terms. The consent is given under clause 1 of part 1 of Article 6 and Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".
1. Operator

2. What this consent is for
2.1. HireAgent runs on artificial intelligence models located outside the Russian Federation. This consent is needed only for HireAgent: the chat with HireAgent, the first steps on the Platform with HireAgent, HireAgent's digests and the actions HireAgent performs at my request.
2.2. The consent is given at will. Without it only HireAgent is unavailable; the rest of the Platform works.
2.3. Other transfers abroad that are needed to perform the contract with me (the automatic checking of messages and images for compliance with the Platform Rules, resume parsing, the Telegram bot, browser notifications) are described in the Privacy Policy and are not made under this consent.
2.4. My data is first recorded in databases in the Russian Federation and only then transferred to the recipients in section 3.
3. Recipients, countries and data
3.1. OpenRouter, Inc. (USA); Microsoft Corporation (USA), Microsoft Azure; Google LLC (USA), Google Vertex AI. This is a country that does not ensure adequate protection of personal data subjects' rights. OpenRouter, Inc. (USA) sends requests only to the servers of cloud platforms in the USA that do not store the data passed to them and do not train models on it: Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Corporation, USA) and Google Vertex AI (Google LLC, USA). Models of the developers OpenAI, Google and Anthropic run on these platforms; the model developers themselves receive no data.
- Purposes: HireAgent's answers and actions at my requests, the first steps on the Platform with HireAgent, HireAgent's digests.
- Data: my messages to HireAgent, the files and images I sent to it; the name from my profile and my role (Customer or Specialist); information about my workspaces, projects, tasks, profile and resume, and information about tasks and profiles on the Platform that HireAgent reads to answer my request.
3.2. The Operator's relay server in the Netherlands.
- Purpose: passing requests to the recipients in clause 3.1. The server is rented by the Operator, stores no personal data and passes it over encrypted connections.
- Data: the same as in clause 3.1.
4. Actions with the data
Transfer (provision, access) to the recipients in section 3 for processing for the stated purposes. The recipients process the data with automation.
5. Term and withdrawal
5.1. The consent is valid until my account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn.
5.2. I may withdraw the consent by sending a request to atmpotn@yandex.ru or through support in the application. The Operator stops the transfers to the recipients in section 3 immediately after recording the withdrawal, and no later than 30 days after receiving the request.
5.3. After the consent is withdrawn HireAgent becomes unavailable, and the rest of the Platform works.
6. How I give consent
I give consent by pressing the document acceptance button in the application before my first use of HireAgent. The Operator records the document version, the date and time, the account identifier and the IP address.
