A day of a Manager

An example day. You set your working hours in the application and change them yourself later.

  1. Start of the shift

    You mark yourself at work. New Customers arrive automatically while you have free capacity.

  2. A new Customer

    You get to know the workspace and the task HireAgent has already shaped, and clarify the details.

  3. Matching

    You offer a Specialist. If the Customer declines, you offer the next one within their plan clock.

  4. A call

    The Customer picked a time in the calendar, you send a meeting link and lead the conversation.

  5. Disputed hours

    You read the task, the comments and the hours, and make a decision both sides see.

  6. End of the shift

    Outside working hours no new Customers come to you. On leave, the workspaces pass to colleagues.

Application

How to apply. Four steps, and the answer comes with a comment.

  1. Become a ReferrerA Manager application is sent from the Referrer dashboard. If you have none yet, start with the referral programme.
  2. ApplyAccept the Manager offer and tell us about yourself: a contact, your experience, working hours and a story of at least 200 characters.
  3. Wait for the decisionA person reviews the application and answers with a comment.
  4. Start workingAfter approval the Manager workplace opens in the HireHub panel.

How a Manager is paid. The terms open once the application is approved.

What experience do I need?

Experience as an account manager, a project manager or a recruiter fits. Tell us about it in the application: a person decides, not a filter.

How many Customers will I have?

New Customers arrive automatically while you have free capacity, and only during your working hours. You can also take a Customer from the list of free ones.

Can I work part-time?

Yes. You set your working hours and days, and the distribution follows them.

Why is there no percentage?

The terms are fixed at activation and open after approval. We do not write them on public pages.
